Order Cancellation:

• Cancellation Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order is canceled, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

• Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can follow our return policy once the product is delivered.

How to Cancel:

• If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed may not be eligible for cancellation.

Non-Cancellable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for cancellation once the production process has started.

Refund Processing:

Once your order cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Modifications:

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change of address, item, or size), please contact us immediately. Modifications may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
